• Enquiry data: pathway interest, qualification level, current German level, preferred contact method
• Newsletter data: email address (only if you subscribe)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and page-visit data via standard server logs

We do not collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data through this website.

• To respond to your counselling or demo-class enquiry
• To send the newsletter you opted into
• To understand which pages are most useful (aggregate statistics only)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4 · Legal basis for processing

For visitors from the EU / EEA (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(a)): Processing is based on your consent given when you submit a form or subscribe to our newsletter. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@wordwingsacademy.com — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5 · Storage & security

Your data is stored on servers operated by Supabase (Supabase Inc., AWS eu-north-1 / Stockholm, Sweden — within the EU). Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified. Data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or provide the requested service, and no longer than 3 years unless you request deletion earlier.

6 · Third-party services used

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com)
• Netlify — website hosting (netlify.com)
• Resend — transactional email (resend.com). Your email address is passed to Resend solely for sending the welcome email you requested.
• Google Maps— embedded map on Contact and About pages. Interacting with the map is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

All third-party providers are contractually bound to process data only for the stated purpose.

7 · Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to erasure")
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — EU residents: your national Data Protection Authority; India residents: the Data Protection Board of India
