Cultural exchange pathway

A safe first step into Germany — and a bridge to more.

The Au-Pair programme is a structured cultural-exchange pathway for young women seeking early international exposure. Many use it as a foundation for a later Ausbildung or higher studies in Germany.

Age 18–25 · female candidates A2 German (improve to B1)
Requirements

Who it's for

  • Age 18–25, female candidates only
  • A2 German certificate required (language level to be improved up to B1)
  • Openness to live with a host family and care for children
A stepping stone, not the destination: Au-Pair is ideal as a foundation that you later convert into an Ausbildung or higher studies in Germany.

Be clear-eyed: Au-Pair is a cultural exchange — it is not a job or a direct career track. It offers exposure, language growth and a soft landing, nothing more, nothing less.

Honest note: Neither Word Wings Academy nor our placement partner guarantee a specific host family, city or region. Whether a host family selects you depends on your profile and their decision. What we guarantee is thorough preparation, documentation support and honest guidance throughout the process.
