Vikas Malik is the founder of Word Wings Academy and the driving force behind its Indo-German career partnership. With over 10 years in law and public service — including as Deputy Advocate General for the Government of Haryana — he brings integrity, discipline and a deep understanding of government systems to the institute.
Through his exposure to Germany and his network of German consultants and employers, he understands both sides — the concerns of Indian families and the standards expected in Germany. His mission is simple: to create safe, transparent, long-term career pathways for hardworking students from ordinary families, ethically connected to real opportunities rather than pushed through shortcuts or false promises.

Aditya Kumar is a law graduate with professional legal experience who plays a key leadership role in managing the daily operations of Word Wings Academy. Having worked in the legal field — including gaining valuable experience at the Supreme Court of India — he brings strong skills in documentation, compliance, discipline and structured administration.
At Word Wings Academy, he oversees the complete day-to-day functioning: admissions, student–institute coordination, academic scheduling and internal administration. He also supervises digital outreach activities and supports initial discussions for institutional collaborations.
Students and parents regularly interact with him — he closely monitors student progress and ensures transparency in all processes. His role is to ensure that every student receives organised guidance, proper support and a disciplined learning environment.

Dr. Shiv Prakash Yadav serves as Academic Advisor to Word Wings Academy, providing guidance in maintaining high standards in German language teaching. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of German at Amity University, Noida, and has previously taught at JNU, University of Delhi, IIT Delhi, Ashoka University and Aligarh Muslim University.
He completed his graduation in German from the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad, and pursued higher studies at JNU, New Delhi. He has received prestigious research scholarships and academic exposure in Germany — at the University of Freiburg and the University of Wuppertal.
With over 8 years of teaching experience in German language, literature, history and culture, Dr. Yadav at WWA guides academic quality, supports curriculum development and ensures that students receive structured and serious language preparation aligned with German standards.
